Polyurethane Insulated Panel
Yanghu Refrigeration is a major polyurethane insulated panel supplier and for years have been successfully providing construction companies with a variety of polyurethane foam boards., including polyurethane wall panels with visible joints, polyurethane wall panels with hidden joints, arc corrugated polyurethane external wall panels, among others.

JNFM-H polyurethane wall panels with visible joints are mainly used for exterior wall decoration. Depending on your needs, we can produce panel seams with the specifications of 15mm, 20mm, 100mm and 150mm.

Yanghu Refrigeration’s arc corrugated polyurethane insulated panel uses colored steel plates as the outer layer and treats the surface with PVDF, HDP, SMP or PE so that our insulated panel is resistant to acid, alkali and corrosion. This polyurethane insulated panel is specially designed for interior walls and ceilings. We use surface treatments of HDP, SMP or PE on the outer layer of ourPU sandwich panel to make it resistant to rest and corrosion. With thermal insulation and soundproof polyurethane material inside, our structural insulated panel works well as ceiling panels and internal wall panels in houses, offices, studios, stores, and other buildings.

Being airtight and watertight, our polyurethane insulated panelis waterproof against rain or internal leaks and has great thermal insulation. This building insulation material meets national standard requirements (GB / T15227-2007); the air tightness is grade 4 and water-tightness is grade 5.

Consistently Flat Surfaces
Yanghu Refrigeration’s insulated panel has consistent and uniformly flat surfaces that will perfectly align with the architectural design. The surface error is only 0.4mm/1,000mm. Our preheating temperature can reach 70°C during production, fully guaranteeing the curing quality for our PU sandwich panel. We use an advanced panel cooling system to enable all polyurethane SIPs to have enough curing time and be completely cooled before stacking, minimizing the chance of warping.

In addition, our polyurethane insulated panel are easy to install and we provide customers with detailed instructions for the best ways to apply and install the panels.
