Yanghu Refrigeration’s rock wool sandwich panel is an insulated panel pressed by two layers of colored steel sheets with fireproof and thermally insulating rock wool core material in between. We provide both building boards for external and internal walls and roofs.

Our insulated wall panels come in several styles to fit your panel installation needs. We offer rock wool external wall panels with a visible joint, rock wool external wall panels with a hidden joint and rock wool internal wall panels.

Therock wool external wall panel with visible joint should be horizontally mounted on an external wall; the joint has specifications of 16mm,20mm, 50mm, 100mm and 150mm.

This rock wool external wall panel with hidden joint can be either vertically mounted or horizontally mounted. The hidden joint makes it an aesthetically appealing option as you have more versatility in designing the look of your external wall.

Excellent Fireproof Performance
Our insulated panel is made of non-combustible rock wool core material that has a sintering temperature of more than 1,000°C and fire endurance exceeding one hour, which effectively blocks thermal flow, preventing the spread of flames and smoke and reducing the amount of loss and damage in case of fire.

Instead of polyurethane blocking on both sides, Yanghu’s rock wool sandwich panel has corrugated rock wool core material in tight junctions, which complies with international fire safety requirements and is classified as A2 level non-combustible material in the GB8624-2006 Classification for Burning Behavior of Building Materials and Products.

Our fireproof rock wool insulated panel has passed several fire endurance inspections carried out by international testing organizations and effectively resists continuous fire for 1-4 hours depending on the thickness.

With a low thermal conductivity of no more than 0.043w/m·K, our insulated panel has excellent insulation properties. The node design of this rock wool sandwich panel tightly seals and insulates, reducing the loss of heat or air-conditioning indoors and conserving energy.
