This glass wool sandwich panel is a high-quality insulated panel using glass wool as the core material. The slender and uniform glass wool fiber has a diameter of about 5-6μm and contains a pure inorganic substance which insulates well, even over a long period of time. This insulated building material has the following strengths.

Features of the Glass Wool Sandwich Panel
Reinforced Compressive Strength and Uniformity
We use the new 90° overturn processing technique in producing this building insulation board. This technique makes the glass wool fiber vertical to the upper and lower steel plates; correspondingly, ourinsulated panel has improved compressive strength and enhanced structural uniformity. An optional polyurethane edge banding ensures the panel is strong, airtight, and waterproof.

Outstanding Fireproof Performance
Glass wool is a non-combustible material with a high melting point. Our glass wool sandwich panel conforms to the A2 level of composite materials’ fire ratings.

Efficient Thermal Insulation Property
An extremely low thermal conductivity coefficient gives our insulated panel excellent thermal insulation properties.

Superior Sound Insulation Performance
Soundproof Coefficient: R≥30dB
Having a soundproof coefficient of no less than 30dB, our glass wool sandwich panel effectively minimizes noise, especially noise caused by rain and hail on the roof.
